Sara has lived in amazing countries and cities all over the world, but when she and her family moved to Boise in 2018, it felt like she finally found her home. Since joining the Bauscher team in 2021, she has brought a new level of positivity and energy that she loves to share with our team and everyone she works with. After a career as a professional dancer and a career in commercial real estate, Sara has developed a work ethic and discipline that are assets to what we do every day. Sara is looking forward to creating endless memories with her husband, Ryan, and son, Porter, for many years to come here in Boise.

Janna Smith has been a part of the Bauscher team since the Fall of 2019, launching our exclusive in-house staging service. Her passion to stage and style interiors began from the day she could walk! From a young age, she began rearranging furniture in her childhood home (almost monthly) and hasn’t stopped since. She was born in Estonia and her Eastern European work ethic shows. She works with each homeowner to create a staging plan that not only accommodates everyday life but simultaneously shows the home at its best, all while making the process stress-free.
