Eva Hicks, a Seattle native and former collegiate volleyball player at Southern Methodist University, graduated with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations. She moved to Boise, Idaho, in 2021 and jumped into the fast-paced world of real estate. As the Director of Marketing at Bauscher Real Estate, Eva combines creativity and strategy to deliver exceptional client experiences and showcase homes in their best light. Eva believes there’s not a bad home in the Treasure Valley because (unbiased) it is the best place in the world to live!!! In her free time, Eva enjoys spending time with her husband, weekend trips to visit family and friends all over the US, and playing pickleball whenever possible!
