Malerie is a proud Idaho native, born and raised in the Gem State. She earned her master’s degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University. With a diverse background in social media and content creation, Malerie has worked on projects for Boise State University, local golf courses, clothing brands, and more – gaining valuable experience across a wide range of industries.

Her passion ultimately led her to the fast-paced world of real estate, where she thrives as Bauscher Real Estate’s Digital Marketing Coordinator. Malerie brings creativity and strategy to every post and marketing material item.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her traveling or spending quality time with her husband and their Aussie pup, River.
